GardenComm Media Awards Early Bird Deadline 2/15
Be Award-Winning in 2023!
Some stars win Oscars or Tonys. Starting in 2023, stars of the GardenComm Media Awards will win Laurels! Our new award nickname – with new graphics – gives the recognition behind the awards a suitably botanical twist, just in time to celebrate our 75th Anniversary.

Allied Member, Bailey Nurseries announced that Endless Summer® Hydrangeas will be the Presenting Platinum sponsors for the GardenComm 2023 Annual Conference. They are playing an integral role heading up the local arrangements and their team has planned to host an evening dinner and photo shoot at the Bailey Nurseries Display Garden. Be sure to check out their fantastic preview video for what's to come at the 75th annual conference.
Allied Member, JAIN Irrigation hosted a topic, the State of the Agricultural Irrigation Industry, with its president, Aric Olson. JAIN offers its free Irrigation Training Series featuring industry leaders and experts in the industry. JAIN is also exhibiting at the World Ag Expo taking place in Tulare, CA, 2/14-2/16 for any members who are attending.
Allied Member, Proven Winners® Color Choice® Show Time Crabapple was named in Birds & Blooms as a Top 10 Viva Magenta Flowers and Plants to Grow, written by GardenComm member, Erica Browne Grivas. Viva Magenta is the Pantone's 2023 Color of the Year and this list suggests plants to introduce the bright, cheerful color into the landscape.
Allied Member, Corona® is headed to Seattle for the Northwest Flower & Garden Festival, 2/15-2/19, for another year as show sponsors for Container Wars. A fun, competitive event that pairs container garden designers, many who are GardenComm members, competing for the best design, while educating the crowds with how-to tips. Corona will also have a booth with show specials in their Spring Warehouse Sale on the main floor.

NWFGF Connect Meeting
February 17
Join fellow GardenComm members at the Northwest Flower and Garden Festival, in Seattle, WA. There will be a meet and greet with GardenComm members, garden swag and free access to the show with your 2023 Press Pass.
The workshop begins by defining the terms “marketing funnel” and “client journey”. It provides easy to follow steps for each person to consider what parts of the client journey would be best for them to modify or add to potentially increase their income. $25 registration.
